ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll manage and grow customer relationships within your designated state while driving new pipeline opportunities across Leveltec’s product verticals.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving problems, and representing a high-performance technical brand.
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
Monday (NSW-based role in office):
- Attend sales and operations meetings
- Align with inside sales and engineering teams
- Plan weekly route, customer visits, and sales trips
- Prepare samples, technical packs, and presentations
- Complete sales handover meetings and training
Tuesday–Friday (All states):
- On the road visiting new and existing customers
- Conduct cold calls, scheduled visits, and onsite demonstrations
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Present Leveltec solutions across our key verticals
- Join distribution partners on joint sales trips
- Submit weekly field activity reports
- Update CRM pipeline and opportunity stages

ABOUT THE ROLE
Leveltec is seeking a motivated and technically minded Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Gloucester, NSW.
This role is central to our sales operation, supporting customers across Australia through phone, email, and digital channels. You’ll manage enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and work closely with our field sales, engineering, and operations teams to convert opportunities and grow customer relationships.
An electrical or technical background is highly regarded, as you’ll be working with engineered products across mining, industrial, and power distribution applications.

Leveltec is seeking a highly organised, hands-on Inventory Controller to join our growing team at our NSW head office. This role is essential to supporting our national operations, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and flow of stock across multiple warehouses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing stock levels across Leveltec’s NSW warehouse and coordinating with additional warehouses nationally. This is a hands-on role that combines inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, purchasing support, and logistics oversight.
You will be the backbone of our internal operations, ensuring we can deliver reliably and efficiently to customers across Australia.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Open and close the warehouse; ensure materials, packaging, and equipment are ready for daily operations
- Oversee inbound and outbound goods: receiving, dispatching, packing, palletising, and labelling
- Operate forklift and manage pallet racking, storage, wrapping, and warehouse organisation
- Process purchasing, goods receipting, job orders, sales order picking/packing, and warehouse transfers
- Conduct cycle counts and regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records
- Complete assembly and job order close-outs with accuracy
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers, freight partners, and logistics companies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
- Support accurate CRM and ERP data to enable smooth sales and operational forecasting
ROLE IN THE SALES DELIVERY PROCESS
- Participate as a key stakeholder in our bi-weekly Sales & Operations meetings
- Escalate stock risks or supply issues early to ensure customer orders remain on track
- Own inventory accuracy to support customer demand across NSW, WA, and QLD stock locations

Leveltec is looking for an apprentice or early-career mechanical draftsperson to join our growing engineering team. This is a junior, growth-based role designed for someone who wants hands-on experience, long-term development, and the opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through to real-world assembly.
You’ll work closely under the guidance of our Engineering & Quality Systems Manager, supporting design delivery while learning industry-level drafting skills, with the unique benefit of validating your own design work in production.
We’re also open to applications from mechanically minded tradespeople who are excited to step off the tools and upskill into drafting. Just keep in mind: this is a junior role, and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, support our existing processes, and grow with the business.
To qualify, applicants must have completed, be currently completing, or be willing to commence a Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to create and manipulate engineering drawings and 3D CAD models
- Collaborate with team members to deliver concept and detailed design models and drawings
- Support the project team with documentation, revisions, and coordination of models and drawings
- Maintain design templates, drawing standards, and controlled engineering documentation
- Assist with quality control tasks and related technical paperwork
