At the core of this range is the Foxtam ANZ ELR Earth Leakage Mining Relay — the only AS/NZS 2081 compliant earth leakage mining relay on the market. 

Designed specifically for Australian and New Zealand mine and quarry environments, the ANZ ELR relay provides proven, fail-safe electrical protection that operators can rely on. 

Unlike generic industrial relays, the Foxtam ANZ ELR is engineered to meet AS/NZS 2081:2011 requirements under all current and time settings. It operates safely under reduced auxiliary voltage and automatically shuts down on toroid removal or voltage loss, ensuring compliance, reliability, and personnel safety in high-risk applications. 

These DIN-mounted relays are compact, robust, and easy to retrofit into existing installations, making them ideal for both new builds and legacy upgrades. Their fail-safe design and simplified calibration reduce maintenance downtime while ensuring continuous protection in harsh environments.

A DIN rail-mounted three-phase monitor with clockwise and counter-clockwise phase rotation discrimination via separate contact outputs (“CW” and “CCW”). Includes front LED indication and optional external indicator connection.

Mining Earth Leakage Monitor ANZ ELR

A DIN rail-mounted current-sensing relay for earth leakage monitoring in conjunction with a core balance CT.
