A message to Leveltec customers in regards to COVID-19

We want you all to know we are taking the necessary precautionary steps to protect our employees as well as their families, suppliers, partners and customers from the COVID-19 outbreak. Our attitude is to stay alert but not alarmed, and for the time being it is business as usual.

We are following closely all communications from the respective government and health authorities and will continue to adapt our internal processes as further updates are released. The Leveltec team has adjusted how we work to keep the risk to employees as low as possible and we anticipate no disruptions to our customers and their orders.

What this means:

  • We will continue to carry out all processes via email and telephone to guarantee the usual service quality.
  • Business trips as well as supplier visits will be placed on hold and where possible utilise video conferencing.
  • Our team are not working from home at this stage, but we have adjusted our internal processes to adhere to stricter hygiene, regular use of anti-bacterial wipes and/or hand sanitiser.
  • Our production runs without any restrictions and both incoming goods from our suppliers and outgoing goods to our customers. However, some movements in the shipping and transportation field of goods can be affected by border closures or delays in forwarding. We will be in direct contact with any customers this may affect in the future.

This is a situation that affects us all and our aim is to continue to support our staff, industry and the local businesses we work with. We understand that the situation can change daily and thank you for your understanding!
