The plus transmitters are a total solution for wireless monitoring and have ranges that are suited for large sensor collection or to meet less complex applications and thus further reduce the cost of digitalization.

Model Input Options for the wireless plus family:

The plus wireless family can support up to 55 transmitters of various field and transmitter inputs. The 4km LoS network can also be strengthened by the use of repeaters or configuring the transmitter to also be repeaters. The maximum length LoS possible is 48km.

Typical sensors used in the below application on a mining crushing circuit would include Tilt Switches, hopper level transmitter, Motor, bearing and gearbox temperature RTD, vibration sensors, oil level and speed sensors.

The transmitters are easily installed with mounting options for wall mounting, Pole mounting, DIN Rail, and optional GRP or Stainless-steel enclosure.

Each transmitter can be powered from 5-24VDC fixed supply or OEM accessories such as small battery pack and Solar/rechargeable battery kit.

The power supply accessories options give great advantages for use in remote application, elimination of power supply cables and reduced the overall installation and maintenance costs.

The Tekon gateway integrates with automation equipment in thre ways. It supply current outputs that can be used for direct inout into PLC’s and Local dispalys. Data can be transfered via Modbus RS485 and can also be connected to network devices that provide access to ethernet. This link to the internet allows the use of the Tekon IoT platform to supercharge the collection of the data and allow the operation of configured remote outputs.
